After an emotional reunion on the red carpet with ex-love Justin Long, actress Drew Barrymore was later scene heading out with a mystery man.

Last night following the premiere in London’s Leicester Square Drew made a quick outfit change and headed out to private members club Home House with the red-headed man who left the hotel with her.

Dressed down in her more comfortable grungy look, complete with pared down nude make-up the actress headed out for a some post-premiere downtime.

Earlier that evening Barrymore was joined on the blue carpet in Leicester Square by co-star, and
on/off boyfriend, Justin Long, who looked smart in a dark grey three
piece suit.

And there
seemed to be no animosity between the former couple, who hugged and whispered to each other in front of the assembled snappers.

Barrymore otherwise looked chic in her Alexandra McQueen khaki
jumper dress, nude Yves Saint Laurent heels, Balmain belt and trademark
red lipstick.

The pair even spoke recently about
how their romantic history helped them when they were filming Going The
Distance, a story about a couple who try to make a long-distance
relationship work.

She said: ‘I loved getting to do a film with someone that I do have a history with and
we could bring a tremendous amount of honesty to it. We sort of saw that as
a surreal opportunity and maybe it will feel a little more relatable-to
because it is kind of real.’

Long
added: ‘The truth is, we do love each other. I pray to God she’s always
in my life. We were friends before this, and at the heart of what we
are and will be is friends. Two good, really dear friends, and that
trumps anything else.’

And it appears that Barrymore has already moved on.

Meanwhile the 35-year-old actress was apparently so nervous about walking the
blue carpet at the London premiere of new movie Going The Distance that
she wrote the word ‘Breathe’ in block capital letters on her left arm.

Clearly flustered as she turned up at the event, Barrymore wrung her hands and bit her nails as she posed for photographers.

Barrymore, who has been married twice
to Welsh bartender Jeremy Thomas and comedian Tom Green, said recently
that she has become more realistic about relationships thanks to her
romantic past.

She said: ‘In my twenties I did want the fairytale. But in my thirties I realised there is a next day. It’s about a truth and getting to be who you are.

‘The irony is I don’t need anyone to give the fairytale to me; I can give it to myself or I will try and provide it for people through different avenues.’

Barrymore is the queen of the romantic
comedy. She has made over sixty films which have banked a huge 1.4bn at the box office.

The actress runs her own production company, Flower Films, which
was behind the films Charlie’s Angels, Never Been Kissed and 50 First
Dates. 

Last year she moved into directing with the critically acclaimed Whip It.

Going The Distance is released on 27th August.
